Strategic technology, hardware deployment, and fleet purchasing, built for businesses.
From part-time CTO leadership to on-premise server installation to bulk workstation procurement, we work with businesses that need real technology expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire or an enterprise contract.
Three core service categories built around the most common needs we hear from growing businesses. Click any card below for details, pricing structure, and engagement options.
Fractional CTO Services
Small organizations often find themselves in need of an expert to help guide them in making informed IT decisions, but the budget for a full-time technology executive isn't there yet. That's where we come in.
We serve as a part-time Chief Technology Officer for your organization, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise on critical decisions while remaining mindful of your financial constraints. The result is well-informed technology investments that actually support your business goals, not just whatever the loudest vendor is selling.
What's included:
- Technology strategy: develop a roadmap aligned with company objectives, with regular reviews and updates as the business evolves
- Hiring support: screen and interview candidates for technology roles, helping you identify real expertise versus padded resumes
- Budget optimization: computer and service selection tuned to your specific organization's workflows, eliminating waste from oversold software and underutilized hardware
- Security planning & reviews: structured security audits, policy development, and vendor risk assessment
- Technology audits: full inventory and assessment of current infrastructure, identifying gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities
On-Premise Server Deployment
For businesses that need server infrastructure on-site (whether for NAS, virtualization, custom applications, or workloads that aren't a good fit for the cloud), we build, configure, and deploy server hardware tailored to the specific job.
Unlike enterprise IT vendors that push standardized solutions and the highest-margin SKUs, we spec each deployment around the actual workload. You pay for the performance you need, configured for how you'll actually use it. We can deliver and rack-mount the system at your location, or build it and ship it ready-to-deploy for your team to install.
Common deployments:
- NAS & storage servers: TrueNAS, Unraid, or custom Linux configurations for centralized storage, backup, and media serving
- Virtualization hosts: Proxmox, ESXi, Hyper-V platforms for running multiple workloads on a single machine
- Application servers: dedicated hardware for line-of-business software, databases, source control, or self-hosted services
- Networking infrastructure: pfSense / OPNsense firewalls and routers, dedicated VPN hardware, network appliances
- Workstation-grade rack systems: CAD, rendering, ML training, or simulation workloads that need server-grade reliability with workstation performance
Each deployment includes hardware selection, full assembly, OS installation, software configuration to your spec, burn-in testing, and on-site or remote installation support.
Discuss Your DeploymentFleet Workstation Purchasing
For growing teams, expanding offices, or businesses standardizing their hardware stack, we offer bulk workstation procurement and assembly, with the same quality, testing, and support standards as our one-off custom builds.
Most fleet purchases from major vendors mean accepting a fixed configuration, accepting whatever the rep is incentivized to sell, and paying meaningful markup on each unit. We work differently: you tell us what your workforce actually needs, we spec a configuration around that, and we build the fleet to that standard at parts cost plus a flat service fee per system.
How it works:
- Workload assessment: we ask what your teams actually do, then spec accordingly. No one-size-fits-all "business productivity bundles"
- Single standardized configuration per role or department, simplifying support and replacement going forward
- Volume parts sourcing: orders large enough to qualify for distributor pricing, with savings passed directly to you
- Built, tested, and delivered together: not staggered shipments from three different vendors over six weeks
- Asset tagging and inventory documentation: each system documented with serials, components, and config for your IT records
- Ongoing support: same lifetime support guarantee as individual custom builds, available to your team for every system in the fleet
Most engagements fall into one of these patterns. If your situation looks like one of these, or close to it, we should talk.
Every engagement starts the same way: a real conversation to understand what you actually need before anyone signs anything.
