# Warranty Policy

Our Standard of Service

Everything below represents the minimum standard by which JET.TECH Computing operates. We reserve the right to exceed these standards at our discretion — and we frequently do. We do not reserve the right to fall below them.

## Custom Built Systems

First Year: Full Coverage

Every JET.TECH Computing custom-built system includes a 1-year labor warranty from the date of delivery. If a hardware fault occurs within the first year that is due to manufacturing or assembly, we cover everything — diagnosis, return shipping, replacement parts, and labor — at no cost to you.

Individual component warranties are honored according to each manufacturer's stated warranty period, which ranges from 1 year to lifetime depending on the component and brand. For components sourced by JET.TECH Computing, we handle the entire manufacturer warranty claim process on your behalf for the full duration of the manufacturer's warranty — not just the first year. For components supplied by the customer, warranty claims are handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer. We are happy to guide you through the process if you need help.

After the First Year

Hardware warranty claims outside of the first year are covered at a minimum 25% discount on our standard labor rate at the time of the claim. We frequently offer greater discounts at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.

Component manufacturer warranties remain in effect for their full stated duration regardless of when the claim is made.

Lifetime Support

Every system we build comes with lifetime support. Whether you need advice on an upgrade path, help troubleshooting an issue, or guidance on a configuration change — we are here. This does not expire.

What Is Covered

- Hardware faults due to manufacturing defects or assembly errors

- Component failures covered under the manufacturer's warranty period

- Return shipping costs for warranty claims within the first year

What Is Not Covered

- Software, driver, or BIOS issues (we will still help you troubleshoot — that falls under lifetime support)

- Cosmetic damage or wear that does not affect system functionality

- Physical damage from drops, impacts, liquid spills, or environmental factors

- Damage resulting from overclocking beyond factory specifications

- Modifications to critical components (motherboard, processor, CPU cooler, case, or power supply) performed by anyone other than JET.TECH Computing or without our express authorization

Important Notes

Our systems undergo rigorous stress testing before they leave our workshop. It is extremely rare for hardware issues to arise after this testing unless they are software, driver, or BIOS related. We strongly recommend consulting with us before making any hardware or BIOS configuration changes you are unsure about.

If a replacement component is required and the original part is out of stock, we may use an equivalent or comparable product. We will notify you before proceeding and will never substitute with a lesser component.

## JET.TECH Computing Products & Custom Components

All individually manufactured JET.TECH Computing products — distinct from complete custom-built systems — carry a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage

Products with a manufacturing or assembly fault will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We may replace the entire product or only the faulty component. In most cases, we will not require the product to be returned unless the circumstances are unusual.

To File a Claim

Provide your original purchase invoice and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and respond promptly.

Lifetime Support

All JET.TECH Computing products include lifetime support, same as our complete systems.

Acrylic Components (Distribution Plates, Waterblocks, Reservoirs)

Acrylic components require specific care:

- Incorrect fastener tension can cause cracking. If fastener tension has been adjusted by the customer, resulting cracks or damage to the acrylic will not be covered under warranty.

- Damage from alcohol, solvents, acetone, or other chemicals incompatible with acrylic — whether applied directly or circulated through a water-cooling loop — will not be covered under warranty.

## General

This warranty policy applies to all JET.TECH Computing products and systems purchased directly from JET.TECH Computing. Warranty claims should be directed to Craft@jettechcomputing.com.

We believe in the quality of what we build. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right.
