Ship or drop off your system
Ship your PC to us fully insured, or arrange a local drop-off in the Raleigh-Durham area. We handle the rest.

Receive it back, better
Your upgraded system is tested, photographed, and shipped back insured. Lifetime support starts from the moment it's in your hands.

We don't mark up parts or bill by the hour. The service fee is our entire margin.
If your upgrade only needs a $50 component swap, you pay $50 plus the part at cost. A full
itemized quote is provided before any work begins.
