# Refund Policy

## Custom-Built Systems

Once payment has been received and the build process has commenced, refunds are not available. Every JET.TECH Computing system is built to order using individually sourced components — once purchased, these components cannot be returned to suppliers as unused inventory.

If you experience a hardware fault, our comprehensive warranty covers diagnosis, repair, and replacement. See our [Warranty Policy](/warranty-policy) for full details.

If you wish to cancel an order before any components have been purchased, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations after components have been ordered are subject to supplier restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs. Custom-fabricated items (painted components, custom cables, machined parts) are non-refundable once production has begun.

Every system includes lifetime support. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it and make it right.

## Products & Custom Components

If a JET.TECH Computing product has a manufacturing or assembly fault covered under our [Warranty Policy](/warranty-policy), we will repair or replace it. We will request a clear explanation and photos of the issue. In most cases, a partial component replacement is possible to minimize downtime.

Refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or reasons outside our warranty coverage are at the sole discretion of JET.TECH Computing.

## Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable as the shipping service has been provided. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable return shipping and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

## How to Request a Refund

Contact us at Craft@jettechcomputing.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Include photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 24 hours and will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
